Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $500.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
     

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for prepaid bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Refunds for incomplete services are subject to review and approval by Tunks Marine Services.
     

3. No-Show Policy
If the vessel is unavailable, unready, or inaccessible for servicing at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $500 will apply.
 
4. Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen events. Clients will receive a refund or reschedule in such cases.
