Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $500.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
2. Refunds

Refunds are only available for prepaid bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds for incomplete services are subject to review and approval by Tunks Marine Services.
3. No-Show Policy
If the vessel is unavailable, unready, or inaccessible for servicing at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $500 will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen events. Clients will receive a refund or reschedule in such cases.
