Terms, Conditions & Liability

By using Tunks Marine Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:
 
1. Scope of Services

• We provide repairs, diagnostics, installations, and maintenance for marine vessels. Service estimates are based on the information provided by the client.
   

2. Limitation of Liability

• Tunks Marine Services is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or negligence.

  • Damages or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or supplier delays.

  • Faults arising from misuse, neglect, or improper operation after servicing.

• The client is responsible for ensuring their vessel is in a safe and accessible location.
   

3. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts used. Labor warranties are limited to 14 days and cover only issues directly caused by our workmanship.
   

4. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tunks Marine Services from any claims or liabilities arising from the services provided.
 
5. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
